Terms of Service
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone, or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by Vandy Frehner.

Definitions:
"Stylist" means Vandy Frehner;
"Services" means in-person and virtual personal styling, wardrobe analysis, and personal shopping, and any other services provided to you by Vandy Frehner;
"Client" or "you" means any person who contracts with Vandy Frehner for the provision of Services.

Bookings:
All Bookings via the website, by telephone, or any other method must be made at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. To make an appointment, please call +(66) 619609957 and email at stylist@vandyfrehner.com. Please note that bookings are not secure until payments have been made.

Payments:
1.Paypal: All major credit and debit cards are accepted via Paypal. You can pay with your credit and debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account, choose to check out as a guest. An invoice will arrive via email after booking your date. Dates are not secured until payment is received.

2.PromptPay: Make your payment directly into the bank account (within Thailand only). Your appointment will not be confirmed until the funds have cleared in the account. The client must provide a transaction slip as proof of payment.

3.Cash on the day: A deposit of 50% out of the total amount of the chosen styling service will be asked to secure your appointment.
​
Payment for appointments must be made upon booking. Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable.
If an appointment is canceled, it will be forfeited.

Cancellation and Postponement:
If, for any reason, you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform the stylist as soon as possible before the scheduled time. If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must give us no less than 7 days notice before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being canceled and non-refundable. If cancellation between 7-14 working days notice is given, your deposit fee will be refunded (however, an admin charge of ฿3,500 will be deducted). You are entitled to a full refund for any cancellation made over 14 days minus 10% cancellation fee.

You may reschedule or postpone your styling experience with the stylist, but you must give no less than 7 days notice before the appointment. If more than 14 days notice is given, you can reschedule the 1st appointment for free and ฿1,090 for each subsequent reschedule. If you request rescheduling with a notice of fewer than 7 days, an admin fee of ฿2,000 will be applied.

Travel Expenses:
Your stylist offers personal styling services ideally within the Center of Bangkok. You can, of course, choose your preferred location. If you are located outside of Bangkok, additional travel costs outside of Bangkok will apply. Please enquire before making a booking to avoid disappointment.

Home Visits:
For styling at your house, a maximum of 45 minutes of travel is allowed from Siam Area and 1 hour for Wardrobe Analysis home visits. Anything more than this is subject to additional transport rates.

Style Questionnaire:
To ensure you get the most out of your session, please complete your Style Questionnaire as soon as possible prior to your style session. This will be emailed to you before your day.
Sessions:
Any Styling Services scheduled sessions will usually occur between the hours of 9 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday and 12 pm – 6 pm for shopping sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Evening sessions can take place until 8 pm at selected locations.
Guests:
All styling services and packages are strictly for one person, and guests can only attend if required for medical reasons and pre-arranged by the client. If a guest attends without prior notice, they will be asked to pay a spectator fee (total price of the package).

PREPARATION FOR YOUR STYLING EXPERIENCE WITH VANDY

Virtual Personal Styling Services:
The Client is required to fill in the style questionnaire as thoroughly as possible and attach as many recent photographs. All virtual services start with a video call followed by suggestions available to purchase by your stylist. Items suggested are based on the information provided, and the more accurate the questionnaire, the more accurate the results.​
​
Home Visit:
Please ensure that you have your clothes in a reasonable order. For example, trousers, tops together, etc. It will make outfit selecting easier. If you have a Summer and a Winter Wardrobe, please ensure that these items are all available for your stylist.
​
Half-Day & Full-Day Shopping Experience:
Comfortable shoes are a must as much walking will be involved during this personal shopping experience. Try to ensure that you wear comfortable clothes and footwear that are easy to take on and off as you will be trying on lots of different items in various shops.

Hourly:
Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Depending on the time booked, this can be very fast-paced.​
​
Belongings:
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the personal shopping/styling experience with the stylist. However, the stylist does not accept responsibility for any lost property during the style session.
